Opening Hours and Flower Deliveries

Floral Frenzy florist is open seven days a week, 365 days a year. We deliver to all of metro Melbourne, including Melbourne CBD. Our normal delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday... but if you have a special request, please call us on 1300 363 383.

What are Floral Frenzy's normal delivery days and times?

Normal delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm Monday-Saturday (not including public holidays). On Mother's Day, we deliver gifts on Sunday as well.

Where will Floral Frenzy deliver to?

We deliver to all of metropolitan Melbourne, with special pricing for our VIP Members on Eastern Suburbs and Melbourne CBD deliveries.

We have a network of affiliate florists all over the world, so we can arrange for your flowers to be delivered almost anywhere you care to send them! If you need to send flowers to an area our online catalogue doesn't accept, please call us on 1300 363 383.

Please note that products delivered to locations outside of metro Melbourne may vary from those seen on our website.

What is the deadline for placing an order online to guarantee same-day delivery?

Orders must be placed by 1pm (AEST) to guarantee same day delivery. If you have an urgent delivery andyou have missed the 1pm deadline, please call us on 1300 363 383 and we will do our best to get your delivery to its destination same day anyway.

Floral Frenzy is open every day of the year, but we do not normally deliver on public holidays. If you do require delivery on a public holiday, please contact us as above and we will try to assist, depending on availability of our couriers.

Can you guarantee a specific time for a delivery?

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. If you indicate that your order is to be delivered to a workplace, we will ensure it is delivered before 5pm, provided we have all the necessary address details. We will make every effort to fulfil any other requests, but we cannot provide a guarantee.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

If no one is available to take the delivery, we will leave the gift at the front or back door with a calling card, provided there is a suitably shaded and relatively secure area to do so. If this is not possible, we will leave a calling card with details to arrange for re-delivery. A charge may apply for re-delivery.

What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?

If address details supplied are incomplete or obviously incorrect, Floral Frenzy will try to find the correct address and if unable to do so, will contact the customer for further information.

In instances where Floral Frenzy delivers a gift to the address supplied, and we are later notified that this address is incorrect, we will attempt to recover the gift, find the correct address, and re-deliver. Additional charges may apply.

If the gift is not recovered, Floral Frenzy does not accept responsibility and will not replace the item. Further arrangements will have to be made.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure full and complete delivery details are supplied when making an order.

Who can order items containing alcohol?

You must not arrange for delivery of an order containing alcohol to a person under 18 years of age. By completing your order, you are warranting that the person receiving your gift is over 18. Floral Frenzy takes no responsibility for verifying this.
